2022 ISPO award winner. The Alpine Expansion Pant is a slim-tapered climbing pant that transforms into a regular fit ski touring pant, perfect for technical ski-in-ski-out climbing missions. Featuring a minimalist design and the first recycled GORE-TEX Pro face fabric, the pant delivers the highest level of durable waterproof/breathable and windproof protection available.
My Role:
Contributed to product design by developing unique solutions for a new waistband construction.
Modified concept and prototype patterns to explore and develop new ideas and refined construction techniques.
Built partial and complete prototypes (in my home studio during the pandemic) for designs to be field tested and reviewed.
